Hotel housekeepers and their unions will be taking action around the globe October 8-14 in the IUF’s 5th Hotel Housekeepers Global Week of Action. This year, unions will be focusing on the need for negotiated measures to tackle the routine sexual harassment which threatens housekeepers’ safety and well-being. Unions will be taking a variety of actions as part of the ongoing fight for safe and healthy workplaces and dignified working conditions.
